I have lived in Valley Springs for the past 20 years and currently reside on property with my family, our horses, border collies, and various other pets.  I grew up in the East Bay Area and attended CSU Sacramento, earning a Business Management degree in 1988.  I spent time after graduation in the foothills and South Lake Tahoe teaching snow skiing and riding horses.  I love animals, trail riding, gardening, cooking, camping, and watching a good movie with my family when we all can have time together.

With over 11 years of sales experience in residential, investment, land, commercial, and country properties my business focus is to build trusting relationships and provide service above and beyond your expectations.  I will listen to your needs, educate you on all your available options, and guide you through every step of the buying and selling process with my team of professionals for all phases of the process.  I continue to help my clients after the sale by providing a network of local tradesmen for any repairs or improvements you may need.

My knowledge of various loan programs such as VA, FHA, Rehab, USDA, etc. helps buyers consider options best suiting their needs and benefiting from these great programs.  I can also provide area information throughout Calaveras, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Stanislaus, and the Bay Area.  For those looking to relocate out of state, I belong to a national network of professional and ethical Realtors I can refer you to, who will provide the same excellent service you would expect from me.  I have my Military Relocation Certification to assist our service members nationally.  I am a member on the Budget committee with the Calaveras Association of Realtors, member of the Lodi Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Associations of Realtors.

I am an active member of various community and recreational organizations, including the West Calaveras Rotary Club, Lodi Bowmen, Clements Buckaroos, and the Rancho Calaveras Homeowners Association.

I strive for a strong partnership with my clients so when you hear of friends, family, neighbors or co-workers needing a real estate professional, there will be no question in your mind who you can trust to take great care of them.  The greatest compliment is earning referrals from working with great clients like you!
