I have worked in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. I have experience in Listing, Buyers agent, REO, Short Sales, Commercial and Country properties. I enjoy selling Real Estate and assisting individuals in creating and accomplishing their goal in owning their home. I work mainly in Yolo County area. I do know and work several counties in California, Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Solano, Yuba, Nevada.

I started selling Real Estate in 1985 in Nashville Tennessee, as new home agent then went into land aquisitions for a developer traveled southern and eastern states. I have lived in several states for my career, and finally found home in California in 1990, opened a Consulting business and successfully sold it in 1996 and went back into the Real Estate Industry in Placer County, I Lived in Loomis and sold for ReMax Advantage until 2009, very successful in Country properties and dabbled in Commercial building.  We moved to Davis and I went to work for a bay area broker and concentrated on Short Sales and REO's for 3.5 years.  In 2013 my husband was transferred to Southern California and I went to work for Pacific Sotheby's in the Encinita area, we love the ocean but missed home.  So in 2015 we moved back and settled on an up and coming area of Yolo County, it offers a lot, small town feeling of Woodland that is exploding.  I decide to go back to Remax and join their team, I love it here, there is something always to do, but we have clients everywhere so it keeps our business going.
I am diversified in so many different transactions of the Real Estate Industry and I learn something new everyday. My clients are important to me, Customer Service is my Specialty I go the extra mile for you. I believe where there is a will there must be a way.
